Where was Roman food produced? How it arrived in the Roman kitchens? This seminar aims to answer these questions and to attend to a Roman banquet to learn which were the delicacies ancient Romans loved.

Cravings for flamingo tongues? Can't find a reliable restaurant for boiled parrot? Maybe you could opt for sows' wombs or stuffed mice!

And, what about etiquette during their meals? Today we would be quite horrified following the Roman bon ton!
